● The top exhaust is controlled by the main and auxiliary valves, and the pressure in the tank can be quickly controlled with the proportional valve; a good air intake layout makes the air intake more uniform, and with the air ratio valve, the air intake temperature can be controlled more accurately, which is conducive to controlling the uniformity of the feed.

● The discharge method is the lower part of the discharge, which avoids the extrusion of the discharge door, and also effectively reduces the deformation of the raw material caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

● Vacuum drying, compared with traditional drying methods, can shorten the maturation time by more than 50% and increase the utilization efficiency of the silo. The tank body is made of stainless steel to improve the service life and avoid rust and pollution of raw materials.

● The system can store the pre-delivery process of various types of raw materials, which is simple to operate and has low requirements for personnel.

● The system cooperates with precision metering devices to more intuitively know the changes in the pre-issued density of the equipment, and through the system calculation, the pre-issued density is corrected in time.

● Remote system, through the mobile phone client to understand the production situation of the equipment, to facilitate remote maintenance.
